What file formats are supported?

We support PDF, EPUB, MOBI, AZW3, AZW, DOCX, HTML, TXT, RTF, FB2, and ODT. Files are automatically converted to your chosen Kindle format (AZW3 or MOBI) for the best reading experience.

How long do my files stay online?

Files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Download codes expire after 1 hour for security. Make sure to download your books before the code expires!

Is my data safe and private?

Yes! Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use minimal analytics to improve the service, but don't require an account or store personal information. Your files are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Why use Kindle's web browser instead of email?

No setup required! Send to Kindle email requires whitelisting and can take 5-10 minutes. KindleDrop works instantly - just enter a code and download. If you prefer email, we offer that option too.

Can I share the download code with others?

Yes! Anyone with the code can download your files. Perfect for sharing books with friends or accessing from multiple devices. Just remember the code expires after 1 hour.

What's the file size limit?

Maximum 100 MB total per batch, up to 10 files per upload session. Most ebooks are under 5 MB, so this should be plenty for typical use.
